Annual Stewardship Program
Overview:
The annual stewardship program is for landowners who want to understand their herd at a deeper level — not a single snapshot, but the full picture across the seasons. We survey your property two to four times a year, each flight timed to the question that season answers best: pre-rut buck inventory, post-season herd assessment, fawn recruitment, food-source mapping.
Year over year, the data tells a story no trail camera can — how the herd is trending, how your habitat work is landing, where your land is headed. It's the most valuable relationship we offer: the longer we know your ground, the more the data is worth.
What you receive:
A focused report after every survey, comparing each flight to the ones before it
A year-end synthesis report tying the whole year together — trends, patterns, and what they mean
A cumulative GPS sighting map that grows richer every season
Curated video highlights from each survey
A year-end consultation call to review trends and plan the year ahead
Priority scheduling during peak season
What makes our program different: We're woodsmen first — the data is read through traditional woodsmanship, not just tallied. We report honestly, including what you'd rather not hear. And your data stays yours: never shared, sold, or aggregated.
Pricing — based on property size:
Up to 200 acres — 2 Surveys: $4,000 — 3 Surveys: $5,625
Over 200 acres — Send us a message for a custom estimate
Travel within 50 miles of Maple Grove is included.
Every program is scoped to your property and your goals. Reach out and we'll build one that fits.
